Who Should Not Take Zonisamide?

You should not take zonisamide if you are allergic to Zonegran, zonisamide, or any inactive components used to make Zonegran. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients. Also, you should not take zonisamide if you are allergic to sulfonamides ("sulfa drugs").
