Drug Interactions With TrihexyphenidylCertain medications can cause drug interactions with trihexyphenidyl, including pramlintide, anticholinergic drugs, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Some interactions will decrease the effectiveness of the medicines, while others can increase your risk of developing side effects (such as constipation, nausea, dry mouth, dry eyes, or difficulty passing urine). Make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about any specific trihexyphenidyl drug interactions that may apply to you.
