Drug Interactions With Tiagabine
If certain medications are taken together, there is a possibility for drug interactions. With tiagabine, these interactions can have potentially negative consequences, such as an increased risk of side effects or decreased levels of tiagabine in the blood. Valium, Librium, and phenobarbital are among the medications that can lead to drug interactions with tiagabine. To prevent them from occurring, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages.
