Rizatriptan Storage Methods

Rizatriptan should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture or heat. Keep rizatriptan tablets in an airtight container. Keep rizatriptan orally disintegrating tablets in their original blister package until you need to use them.
 
Keep rizatriptan and all other medications out of the reach of children.
 

Rizatriptan: What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

Rizatriptan is not intended to be taken on a regular basis. Rizatriptan should be taken only during a migraine headache.
 

Rizatriptan Strengths

Rizatriptan tablets are available in two strengths:
 
  • Rizatriptan 5 mg tablets
  • Rizatriptan 10 mg tablets.
     
Rizatriptan orally disintegrating tablets are available in two strengths:
 
  • Rizatriptan orally disintegrating 5 mg tablets
  • Rizatriptan orally disintegrating 10 mg tablets.
     

Rizatriptan Generic

There is currently no generic rizatriptan licensed for sale.
