Parlodel Drug Interactions

Nitrates
Parlodel can make nitrates less effective. Check with your healthcare provider before taking Parlodel with a nitrate.
 
Protease Inhibitors
In general, Parlodel should not be taken in combination with a protease inhibitor. Protease inhibitors can greatly increase the level of Parlodel in the blood, increasing the risk of dangerous Parlodel side effects.
