Carbamazepine (Epitol, Equetro, Tegretol, Tegretol XR)
Carbamazepine can decrease the level of oxcarbazepine in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. If you are taking carbamazepine along with oxcarbazepine, your healthcare provider may need to adjust your doses of these medications.
