Drug Interactions With Lacosamide

Although drug interactions with lacosamide are not expected to cause significant problems, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medications you are taking before starting treatment with lacosamide. For example, if carbamazepine, phenobarbital, or phenytoin is taken with this medication, drug interactions may occur. These drug interactions may decrease the level of lacosamide in the blood.
