Extended-Release LamotrigineAvailable by prescription, extended-release lamotrigine is a drug used to treat seizures in people who are at least 13 years old. The product is only approved for use with other seizure medications. It comes in the form of a tablet and is taken once a day. Most people tolerate it well, but side effects are possible, such as fatigue, nausea, and diarrhea.
