Ergot Medications

eletriptan with ergot medications can increase your risk of dangerous side effects. Do not take eletriptan and ergot medications within 24 hours of each other.

Propofol (Diprivan)
You should not take eletriptan within 72 hours (3 days) of taking propofol. This medication can greatly increase the level of eletriptan in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects.
Protease Inhibitors
Eletriptan should not be taken within 72 hours (3 days) of taking protease inhibitors. These medications can greatly increase the level of eletriptan in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects.
Quinidine
Eletriptan should not be taken within 72 hours (3 days) of taking quinidine. This medication can greatly increase the level of eletriptan in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects.
Triptans
Taking eletriptan with other
triptans can increase your risk of serious side effects. You should not take these medications within 24 hours of each other.
