Who Should Not Take Carbidopa-Levodopa-Entacapone?

You should not take carbidopa-levodopa-entacapone if you:
 
  • Are allergic to carbidopa-levodopa-entacapone, carbidopa, levodopa, entacapone or any inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
 
 
  • Have a suspicious undiagnosed skin lesion or a history of melanoma.
